At some point in our lives, our purpose may change.
Homes for Humanity offers subsidized rental units for single mothers leaving abusive households, low-income families with autistic children, poverty-stricken seniors, displacement due to racism, antisemitism, and persecution, and families with children born with life-threatening illnesses or certain physical disabilities.
These units are not subsidized by the government but by CREF's Homes for Humanity, Registered Charity arm. We rent these units at no profit, reinvesting 100% of the net proceeds into rent subsidies.
If you are a landlord exploring selling your property and would like to sell it with a philanthropic cause, give us a call. Charitable donation receipts are available.
